| I see myself as an impulsive street-photographer, which is also the reason why For my work I use a compact camera. It’s always ready for use when i need it. A lot of people always try to follow certain guidelines when practicing their photography, I try to ignore them.Why does a photograph need to be sharp?Why does the grass need to be green on a photograph?If I would know in advance how my photograph will come out, there’s not much left to excitement of how my shots came out when I pick them up at the lab. The surprise is gone. The thought behind my photography is to take a fraction of a moment and make it into something infinite. Most photos are the normal events of a daily life. My goal is to make these moments seem more special than how they are actually experienced. |
